Shipping Policy

We don't add postage into the price of our products so that we can then appear to offer 'Free postage', this ultimately costs you more. Instead we offer great prices up front - and charge you a flat shipping rate of $15.  As an incentive to purchase more of our great value products we subsidise the shipping cost for orders above $150. 
 
We generally ship orders within two days.  If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you asap via e-mail. We say to allow up to 4 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia. However most of our customers find that their order arrives in much less time, usually 3 to 4 business days for eastern states.

As a reward for being a great customer we can offer free shipping when your order value exceeds $150.

 

Shipping Method
 
Your order will typically be shipped via Australia Post. Occasionally and in special circumstances we may use a different courier service.  In those cases we will communicate any changes to ensure we get your order to you without any glitches.  

Not to worry – Your shipping cost will always be capped at either $15 (Standard) / $25 (Express) or FREE!.
