Owner and founder, Vicki Hansen, has been in the home wares and fashion industry for over 20 years.  Soho Bay evolved from Vicki’s background in manufacturing, import and wholesale of fashion, furniture and home wares. Seeking some work flexibility whilst raising a family, she commenced her own direct selling business in 2001.   With a combination of growth, opportunity, some risk and a lot of luck she is now proud to operate 4 retail stores with the Soho Bay team.   Vicki has developed a vast network of manufacturers and suppliers enabling Soho Bay to present a diverse range of fashion, décor, furnishings and gifts with unique designs and signature styles.  You will often see Vicki with phone in hand, tirelessly coordinating operations and ensuring the smooth running of Soho Bay as she visits each store, ensuring that every detail aligns with her vision of providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Zoe is our resident shop guru who wears many hats to ensure our stores run seamlessly. From managing staff to creating captivating visual displays, Zoe's expertise in visual merchandising brings our products to life. With a penchant for storytelling through our curated collections, she adds a vibrant touch to our team with her bold and colourful attire and super fun, eye-catching earrings. Keep an eye out for Zoe as she effortlessly navigates all our store locations, making magic happen wherever she goes.

Let us introduce you to Kaela, our tech-savvy wizard who ensures our website and social media platforms are up to date and engaging. With a keen eye for detail, she meticulously manages our inventory system, ensuring that our stock is readily available for our valued customers. Kaela's passion for fragrances, particularly diffusers, is infectious. You'll frequently find her at our Bulimba store, ready to assist you with her expertise and contagious enthusiasm. 

 We think the best way to describe Claude is 'our elegant and stylish French fashionista'.  Whether it's in Redcliffe or Caloundra, Claude's radiant presence and impeccable sense of style make her a go-to person for customers seeking their perfect ensembles. Get ready to be inspired as Claude guides you towards your dream outfit, always looking fabulous herself.

Sarah is our customer service queen reigning over our Oxford St Bulimba location. With a wealth of experience in retail and sales, she takes great joy in assisting customers in their search for the perfect items. Beyond her exceptional customer service skills, Sarah's infectious humour keeps the entire team entertained and in stitches. Meralyne, the glamazon in our Coolangatta store comes to us after many years working in customer service. A slight shopaholic and an avid traveler, Meralyne is always keen to help you feel comfortable in your own skin.

Ava might be one of our youngest crew members but she’s been helping us out on weekends since she was 15! A little free spirit is she, with a wicked sense of humour and always a smile on her face.

Christine U is the resident fitness guru of our Coolangatta store! A qualified pilates instructor, she is the only staff member brave enough to wear heels to work! After years of retail service, she easily applies our ethos of a relaxed, comfortable shopping experience for our customers.
